REFLECTION

After this assignment I was able to differentiate among types of assessments. It gave me the opportunity to professionally grow and assess students in a more holistic manner. Addendum Having different kinds of assessments will allow us teachers to grade using different tools. During this assignment, I created a project based assessment where students created a graph and present it to the class. I also created a traditional assessment so that students have an opportunity to practice for the district's assessment. I know my students grasped both concepts, but had more fun with the project based assessment. As future reference, I will implement more project based activities.
